The decision

Consumer hardware is easy to fragment. The strategic choice was one clear brand system that could scale SKUs without losing character.

What we clarified

Brand and product-line thinking were built together so packaging and identity could stay consistent as products expanded.

Why it matters now

Founders launching physical products need brand discipline before volume. Homogeneous SKUs without a frame create expensive noise.
