Fractional Design Lead
Monthly follow-through: clarity, and the next story or prototype.
The usual follow-up. One day a week is €5–7k/month. Two days a week is €9–12k/month, ex VAT.
Minimum 6 months. €5–7k/month or €9–12k/month.

In four weeks: a working prototype or a story that lands. The fee is €28,000.
What does Fractional Design Lead deliver?
Monthly follow-through, for at least six months. Every month, clarity and the next story or prototype. One day a week is €5–7k/month. Two days a week is €9–12k/month. A day rate is €1,100–€1,350. Prices are ex VAT.
How long does each step take?
Direction Sprint is one to two weeks. Clarity Sprint is four weeks. Fractional Design Lead runs for at least six months.
What does it cost?
Direction Sprint is €3,500, fixed. Clarity Sprint is €28,000, fixed. Fractional Design Lead is €5–7k/month for one day a week, or €9–12k/month for two days a week, ex VAT.
